The Design & Comfort
The Yealink WH62 Wireless Headset has a great range and sound quality and is very comfortable. In the picture, it looks heavy, but it is very lightweight. They help make it a lightweight, comfortable Wireless office Headset with
adequate padding, even a call center agent, to get good comfort for all-day wear. The headset is beautiful and has a smooth design. It’s straightforward to set up. This handsome design is very comfortable to use for hours on end.
Sound Quality
The Yealink WH62 Wireless Headset can be used in the office for agents. You can use the headset on platforms like a call center, Zoom Meeting, Skype, etc. It works on Windows, Intel, and Mac but will work very well. You can connect to an IP phone via the cable and plug in both devices simultaneously with the line provided.
Since you want to use Yealink WH62 with a computer or iPad phone, you must select the corresponding button on the charging base. With this headset, you can listen to music, but you will not get the sound you want. This single On-Ear headset has close to the audio quality range and HD audio sound but doesn’t do much in the way of rich bass-like sound.
Build Quality
It is made with a high-quality plastic build headband Premier soft leather cushion and light design, which you can wear comfortably all day long. This headset requires no adapter, as it can be connected directly to the desk phone via USB cable. It has two micro USB ports connected to a PC and phone simultaneously.
It has a separate button for Microsoft Teams certified devices to enable Microsoft Teams in one touch. I would recommend a few more Wireless Headsets for the Microsoft Teams.

Yealink WH62 lets you know when an incoming call is coming. You can use it to answer, talk, and end calls while away from the desk. Thus, it is reasonable to assume that the greater the range, the greater radio freedom. It allows users to enjoy a continuous call experience across the UC platform with improved communication quality and higher productivity.
A tremendous reduction in background noise can be conversing with someone, and one can understand how well the Noise-Canceling feature works. The headset filters background noise with a 2x microphone when making calls, providing clear voice quality to your listeners and ensuring a hassle-free conversation. Its microphone can be rotated 320 degrees at an angle.
With a 160m wireless range and 14 hours of Talktime, it is the perfect headset for users’ daily communication needs. But its battery life is not very good, and it would be nice to have a little better battery. If more battery backups were available,

The Verdict:
With the Yealink WH62 Wireless Headset, you can connect it to your phone and your computer. It is effortless to use the buttons to switch between the two modes. It works perfectly with Yealink and computers. I would recommend installing a software configuration when connecting to your desktop; this will allow you to change more options/settings/updates / etc. Overall highly recommended, very comfortable. There are two models of this headset as WH62-MONO and WH62-DUAL.
